Clear Focus capsules
Six actives, dosed to the research
Every ingredient is listed at its full amount per two-capsule serving, with the range used in clinical studies beside it. No proprietary blends.
Lion’s Mane
Memory and nerve growth
50.0% 50.0%An edible mushroom that grows on hardwood trees. Its fruiting body contains hericenones and erinacines, compounds that encourage the body to produce nerve growth factor.
In a 16-week double-blind trial, adults with mild cognitive decline who took lion’s mane scored significantly higher on cognitive tests than the placebo group. Scores fell again after they stopped, which is why we recommend taking it daily.
Rhodiola Rosea
Stress resilience
50.0% 50.0%A hardy plant from the Arctic and the mountains of Central Asia. Its root contains rosavins and salidroside, which help the body adapt to physical and mental stress.
Several clinical trials have found that rhodiola reduces mental fatigue and improves concentration in people under stress, with effects noticeable within two weeks. It works best taken in the morning.
L-Theanine
Calm alertness
50.0% 50.0%An amino acid found almost only in tea leaves. It encourages alpha brain waves, the pattern linked to relaxed but focused attention.
Taken with caffeine, L-theanine has been shown to improve speed and accuracy on demanding tasks while reducing the jitters and crash that caffeine causes on its own.
Cordyceps
Steady energy
50.0% 50.0%A fungus used in Tibetan and Chinese medicine for centuries. Our Cordyceps militaris is grown on organic grain, never harvested from the wild.
Small studies suggest cordyceps supports oxygen use during exercise and may reduce fatigue. We include it at a modest dose for a steady lift without stimulants.
Bacopa Monnieri
Learning and recall
50.0% 50.0%A creeping wetland herb used in Ayurveda to sharpen memory. Its active compounds, bacosides, build up gradually in the body.
A meta-analysis of nine clinical trials found that bacopa improved attention and reaction time. Benefits usually appear after 8 to 12 weeks of daily use.
Ginkgo Biloba
Blood flow to the brain
50.0% 50.0%An extract from the leaves of one of the oldest living tree species. It supports healthy circulation, including to the brain.
Standardised ginkgo extract has been studied for memory and processing speed, with the most consistent results in adults over 50.
What feeds a calmer gut
Live cultures, the fibre they feed on and two fermented foods, in one scoop stirred into water each morning.
Open any ingredient for the dose and what the studies say.
Kefir Cultures
Probiotic diversity
50.0% 50.0%Kefir grains are a living mix of bacteria and yeasts. Freeze-dried, they deliver more distinct strains than a typical single-culture yoghurt.
Drinking kefir has been linked to better lactose digestion and a more varied gut microbiome in small human studies.
Kombucha
Organic acids
50.0% 50.0%Fermented black and green tea, slowly dried to keep its gluconic and acetic acids and polyphenols.
Most of the evidence for kombucha comes from laboratory studies of its acids and polyphenols. We use it as a fermented food and for its tart taste, and make no medical claims for it.
Kimchi Culture
Gut lining support
50.0% 50.0%Lactobacillus plantarum, first isolated from traditional Korean kimchi and grown on vegetable starch.
L. plantarum strains have been studied for easing bloating and supporting the gut barrier, with the strongest evidence in people with IBS.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Digestive acidity
50.0% 50.0%Raw, unfiltered vinegar with the mother, dried to a powder so you get the acetic acid without the sting on your teeth.
Acetic acid slows how quickly the stomach empties and softens blood sugar spikes after starchy meals.
Chicory Root
Prebiotic fibre
50.0% 50.0%Inulin, a soluble fibre from chicory root that passes undigested to the colon, where it feeds beneficial bacteria.
Inulin reliably increases Bifidobacteria in human trials. We keep the dose moderate so it supports the gut without causing gas.
Golden Flaxseed
Gentle regularity
50.0% 50.0%Cold-milled golden flaxseed, rich in soluble fibre and plant omega-3.
Flaxseed fibre improves stool frequency and consistency in clinical studies. At our dose it works alongside the inulin rather than on its own.
Daily Mineral SPF 30
Protection from one mineral, not a cocktail
Zinc oxide does the protecting. Everything else is there to calm skin, fight free radicals and make the formula spread without a white cast.
Non-Nano Zinc Oxide
Broad-spectrum UV filter
50.0% 50.0%A mineral that sits on the skin and reflects and scatters both UVA and UVB rays. Non-nano particles stay on the surface.
Zinc oxide is one of only two sunscreen filters the FDA proposes to class as generally recognised as safe and effective. It covers the full UVA range, including long-wave UVA1.
Centella Asiatica
Calms and repairs
50.0% 50.0%Also called cica or tiger grass, a leafy herb whose madecassoside and asiaticoside soothe skin after time in the sun.
Studies show centella extracts support wound healing and reduce redness, which makes it a good partner for skin that reacts to sunscreen.
Vitamin E
Antioxidant defence
50.0% 50.0%Tocopherol, a fat-soluble antioxidant that neutralises the free radicals created by UV and pollution.
Topical vitamin E reduces UV-induced oxidative damage and works best alongside a broad-spectrum filter, as it does here.
Green Microalgae
Visible light shield
50.0% 50.0%Chlorella extract rich in carotenoids, grown in closed freshwater tanks.
In laboratory studies, microalgae extracts reduced the oxidative stress caused by visible and infrared light, which zinc alone does not fully block.
Raspberry Seed Oil
Lightweight moisture
50.0% 50.0%Cold-pressed from the seeds left after juicing, rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Raspberry seed oil is sometimes said to have its own SPF. We do not count on it: the protection comes from zinc. We use it because it helps the formula spread without a white cast.
Karanja Oil
Glide and finish
50.0% 50.0%Pressed from the seeds of the Indian beech tree and used in Ayurvedic skin care for generations.
Karanja contains karanjin, which absorbs some UV light. As with raspberry, we claim no SPF from it; it improves feel and spreadability.
